Tasks of ScIDre at NanoRem project are to transfer the production of Carbo-Iron from laboratory scale to industrial scale and the preparation of a defined quantity of Carbo-Iron. Therefore ScIDre use an Up-Scale-Reactor to synthesis Carbo-Iron in the needed quality and quantity.
The new developed Up-Scale Reactor gives the possibility to produce High-Tech-Materials in industrial scale. Based on several variable setting possibilities of this facility, the characteristics of the final product can controlled well, so that repeatability and improvement options are given.
