NanoRem will occasionally send out administrative or notification emails. However, NanoRem does not send out SPAM, (sometimes known as unsolicited emails), nor are our servers being used to send out SPAM. Commercial bulk e-mail organisations (spammers) also use fake FROM address in order to circumvent anti-spam software.

By using this site or submitting your email addresses users accept that there is a possibility that users may receive SPAM, and that at present there is nothing NanoRem or its ISP can do about this. Users further agree not to use any information posted on the web site to send SPAM.

All such changes shall take effect once they have been posted on the web site and users will have be deemed to have accepted any such changes by their use of the web site from such time. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

This agreement confers benefits on each member of the NanoRem project team and is intended to be enforceable by each member by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, except that this Agreement may be amended or varied at any time by us without the consent of the project team members.

Each provision of these terms and conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.

This site is created and controlled by r3 Environmental Technology Ltd in England on behalf of the NanoRem project team and the laws of England and Wales shall apply to these terms and conditions its subject matter and its format on (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) and any disputes arising in connection with the use of this web site.
